GridRabbit thermostats are designed for remote management of room comfort and energy efficiency. The device can show temperature, humidity, setpoints, HVAC mode, fan speed, and room state while allowing the property to lock or limit guest-facing controls when needed.
- Configurable setpoint limits, span, dead-band, fan mode, and control type.
- Supports remote power cycle, factory reset, screen lockout, and Fahrenheit or Celsius display options.
- Room data can feed rules for vacant-room setbacks, long-running HVAC alerts, filter maintenance, and energy reports.
GridRabbit thermostat compatability
The GridRabbit 24VAC Thermostat works with various HVAC systems, including: Standard, PTAC, Fan Coil (FCUs), Heat Pump, Multiple Fan Speeds as well as custom HVAC systems.
The GridRabbit thermostat is also compatible with proprietary VRF systems like Friedrich VRP, Lennox VRF, Daiken VRF, LG VRF and more.
Black thermostat with custom beauty plate
For renovation projects and finish-sensitive guestrooms, GridRabbit can provide an all-black thermostat with an all-black custom beauty plate. The plate can also double as a mounting plate when needed.
- Helps cover legacy wall openings from prior thermostat footprints.
- Hard foam backing helps the plate sit flush against the wall.
- Adds a cleaner final install while helping reduce cold-wall transfer around the opening.
